The thinking

A considered response to a specific, imagined brief.

Start with what matters.

The fictional client is a growing creative team outgrowing an open-plan office. The proposed environment needs to support team rituals, independent focus, and informal meetings without making every activity visible to everyone.

Let the idea hold together.

A sequence of shared tables, enclosed focus rooms, and informal meeting points provides a clear choice of setting throughout the day. A repeated material language brings cohesion to varied zones, while planting and daylight soften the transition between work and pause.
