The thinking

A considered response to a specific, imagined brief.

Start with what matters.

The concept explores how a compact coastal home can feel generous without expanding its footprint. The central challenge is to make views, shade, and cross-ventilation feel integral to the plan.

Let the idea hold together.

Deep overhangs, calm interior lines, and a restrained palette create continuity between sheltered outdoor areas and the living spaces. Furniture is kept low and tactile, leaving views and shifting light as the main visual event.
